The Christian Foundation Center of America - The Giving
Connection: is a new network to bring together donors, foundations, and
others engaged in Christian philanthropy. The Giving Connection is
designed to help donors:
- Navigate the complex and sometimes confusing alternatives for
managing their resources;
- Intentionally link donors with resources for distribution
portals, and ministries;

- Create a supportive community that shares information and offers
technical assistance to existing and newly formed foundations; and
- Provide the means to share timely and topical information
about trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Bring leaders together to gain a deeper understanding of the
transformational power of Christian philanthropy.

Will The Giving Connection Provide? |
- The Giving Connection website is ready at
www.christianfoundations.org. This interactive site will help users
navigate through an array of available options.
- E-newsletters and list servers will provide regular
updates, news, and information to network members, and enable
participants to communicate with others who have similar questions
and concerns.
- Access to information and resources that will assist emerging
and established foundations.

- A forum to explore biblical perspectives on giving, and to share
the exciting works of God that are taking place in communities
across America and around the world.
- Relationships with others who engaged in Christian philanthropy.
- An annual conference, and regional training seminars, and
leadership programs.
- The Giving Connection will offer member benefits, including
low-cost access to liability insurance and discounts in the future.

To Join The Giving Connection |
Membership Levels Annually
- Organizational Membership -- $500 (Foundations and
Nonprofit organizations serving Foundations)
- Individual Membership -- $100 (Individual memberships for
individual philanthropists and people working for Christian
Foundations)
- Corporate Members -- $250 (Memberships for individuals in
allied organizations that support the foundation community, such as
consultants, accounting firms, and research and marketing entities.)

Founding Member Partnerships
During the first year, organizations that recognize the potential of
this new organization are encouraged to become founding partners by
making a one-time partnership contribution:
- Founding Member -- $10,000
- Sustaining Member -- $5,000
- Sponsoring Member -- $ 1,000
Founding Members will receive permanent recognition in materials and
have a strong voice in shaping the organization. |

| The Giving Connection is a new
organization that has developed over the past ten years through
the work of nationally recognized leaders in Christian
philanthropy. Early work on The Giving Connection was
done under the auspices of the National Christian Foundation and
the Association of Christian Foundations. The founding Board of
